What's holding you back?

Life. Stress. Fear. Worry. Our thoughts can be a force for good or bad. We are often unaware this is happening because it is just part of our life. Yet a powerful part of our life. How do we notice, interrupt and choose thoughts in the course of a fast-paced world? I've been on a personal growth journey for over 2 decades. My purpose is to become all that I have been created to be, and help as many others along their path as well. When we live into our purpose, the world becomes a better place. I believe all the maxims like "thought's become words, and words become actions." Yet, more than 50 books, dozens of podcasts and a good amount of money invested in retreats and STILL the majority of the chatter between my ears continued to be judgmental, negative, and critical of myself and others.

How might this show up?

"If I get everything checked off the to-do list, I will be productive and can do more! "This "thought" is not true. When we are so busy, and our minds are working overtime, we find ourselves in a "fight-or-flight" state. When does the to-do list end? Do you work through every task and add more to your plate?

Thoughts that beat you up repeatedly over mistakes or shortcomings, warns you obsessively about future risks, wakes you up in the middle of the night worrying, gets you fixated on what is wrong with others or your life, etc.

As a wellness advocate, my mission has been the help people develop simple habits that will stay with them and make choices easier. Over the years I've found that the thing that so often holds us back from our goals is the hidden conversation between our ears.

I have found the perfect tool for supporting us on this journey: Positive Intelligence. I love Positive Intelligence because it is an operating system for our mental muscles. I like systems that make something simple yet so incredibly powerful.

Fast forward 6 weeks. I have completed the PQ program. The first thing I noticed, just a week or two in, was being much more aware of those negative thoughts, then quickly they became quieter. I found that what once felt like my voice being self critical, was actually the "Judge" and not the truth. The next big step for me was engaging the empathy muscle. I was good at that with others, but pretty much the last thing I gave myself. My friends started noticing the change in me. I started noticing the foundational principles of PQ being echoed in the books, podcasts and conversations I was having. I couldn't wait to gift this breakthrough to those I care about.

Positive Intelligence is a mental gym, and you build your muscles over time.

  • Discover how your specific saboteurs generate stress: DISCOVER YOUR SABOTEURS

  • The goal is to grow your 3 core mental muscles to improve focus, freedom from stress, and a positive mindset, so you move through the day with ease and flow and a lot more joy.

Improving our Health Starts with Positive Intelligence:

Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don't build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that's what our PQ® Program empowers you to do.

Which brings me to today. I'm so beyond excited to be hosting my first PQ cohort through the program. I don't know if this will speak to your soul like it has for me. I'd love for you to check it out so you can discern for yourself. Please join me on a informational workshop zoom next week. I hope you find it as life-changing as I have.
