Getting outside and playing is almost automatic in warm weather. I get spring fever so badly, I even move my office outside on beautiful days!

When the weather outside is frightful, its much harder for me to get motivated to get moving. So here are some tips to sneak it in:

I have loved doing this during break when I have more time in the mornings. Turns out, I actually like pilates! Who knew!
