Enter the Protein Bite!
There are literally a thousand ways to make them. They can be a great source of plant protein and a stress-free sweet treat all at the same time. I made this Chai version last week and they were a hit with everyone.
Simple right? And so delicious, my mouth is watering!
There are loads of protein powders on the market. Let's talk about the one in this recipe. As a #girlmom, I am really picky about the kinds of proteins my girls have. You could say I have an agenda to delay menses to a normal age. I mean who wants to deal with that at age 8 or 10 like some girls do these days!?! So I look for hormone free meats and animal products. That is impossible with whey proteins. I mean, cows these days! Don't get me started.
I picked this one because it has all plant ingredients. All the ingredients are non-GMO, herbicide and pesticide free and grown by family sized farms. Did I just say grown? Yep that's right, whole food!
