A friend mentioned she had never seen the inside of a fresh pomegranate. Since these are a tropical fruit, many of us were not raised with them. We know they are good for us, we see pomegranate juice, the seeds prepped and ready in single serve and much more. Winter is the perfect time to experiment with these delicious super fruits because they are in season. I saw them at the grocery for $0.68 each. Now, that's a steal!
